MIGUEL DE CERVANTES:

The most important literary figure in my country is Miguel de Cervantes. He was born in Alcalá de
Henares 29th of September in 1547 and he was died in Madrid 22th of April in 1616.
He was a soldier, novelist, poet and Spanish playwright. He is considerated the most important
person of literature in the word because he wrote “Don Quijote de la Mancha”. This book is very
popular and the most important book of Miguel. Also he wrote different important books and
poems.
About his life I think is important to resalt that, he was baptized in Alcalá de Henares on 9 October
1547 at the parish church of Santa María la Mayor. His mother, Leonor de Cortinas was a native of
Arganda del Rey and the third daughter of a nobleman, who lost his fortune and had to sell his
daughter into matrimony. Miguel's father, Rodrigo, was a barber-surgeon from Córdoba. Little is
known of Cervantes early years. It seems he spent much of his childhood moving from town to
town with his family.
In my opinion the theater is a very interesting for me because there are beautiful plays and the
actors perform the plays. I would like to go with my family to see the plays of Shakespeare's.

In my country, the most important figure literary is Miguel de Cervantes, he was a novelist, a poet, a playwright… I think that he is the most important because he wrote the work most read and most translate in the world behind the Bible, this work is Quixote and it’s one the most important work of my country.

I do not usually go to the theater. Around my life, I going to the theater three or four times, more than the times I’m going with the school. Sincerely, I don’t like going to the theater and I think that it’s boring. One time, when I go to the theater, I slept during the work.

Do you go to the theatre? Why? Why not?
I often go to the theatre but only with the school, when we go to see our teaches or our mates.

The most important literary figure in my country is Cervantes. He was born in the Alcalá de Henares, in 1547. He is famous because he wrote works like "Don Quijote", "Exemplary Novels", "The Gypsy Girl" and more. He found a new method to write chivalresque literature, giving humour .While April 23, 1616 was recorded as the date of his death in some references, and is the date on which his death is widely commemorated (along with that of William Shakespeare).

I do not usually go to the theater, but I have ever been. for example, in this institute I have gone many times to see plays and are prepared by students or teachers. I like the theater but I'd rather watch a good movie in the cinema or at home.

The most important literary figure in my country is Miguel de Cervantes, who lived at the same times as Shakespeare. He was a very poor man who losed his arm on a battle in Lepanto, he was kidnapped for arabian pirates, and he lived a lot of unforeseen incidents that inspire he a lot to write one of the best books of the history; Don Quijote de la Mancha. This is an ironic book that moke the cavalry novels, and it's very witty and funny.

I LOVE THE THEATRE, and I love act. I go to the theatre with my parents, my friends... I think that theatre is one of the most important parts of our culture, and if we don't take care of this, we will lose our liberty, because the theatre make people think.
