Many people consider it the best sitcom of American TV... and I agree. For me it's the most intelligent, hilarious and well interpreted sitcom of TV and you can't help falling in love with this bunch of crazy friends. You want to be a part of them and hang around with the group in the couch of Central Perk. Ÿes, FRIENDS is the best show ever and I can't believe it began 20 years ago! Amazing! My first teaching experience with them was in autumn 1997, when a colleague of mine lent me a VCR tape with several episodes of the first season. So I decided to show The One with the laundromat, where Ross helps Rachel do the laundry by herself and fight the ugly lady. Yes, I know you remember that one too, everyone does. Then, you know the rest of the story... Ross, Rachel, the break up, Chandler, Monica, Joey, Phoebe.... that cast was blessed with laughter and charm, and we all have been blessed with many hours of good comedy and the best jokes on a TV show. I confess: I'm a total fan of FRIENDS and I don't want to hide it. If you ever need me, I'll be there for you, waiting in Central Perk.
