Nessie and Google: a love story

Everyone is fascinated by Nessie, the Loch Ness Monster. I travelled North 20 years ago to visit the Highlands of Scotland and take my share of Nessie spotting on the shore of Loch Ness. So, when I discovered todays doodle in Google.com I click the image: I want more of that mystery.

The fascinating bit of it is that 80 years ago the famous picture of Nessie was published. It was taken by Col Robert Wilson, and after all the hype of those days, it turned out to be a fake.
