HOTEL RWANDA: AN EXCELLENT MOVIE TO REVISIT RWANDA'S GENOCIDE 20 YEARS LATER

The film HOTEL RWANDA is an excellent film that covers the heroic life of Paul Rusesabagina, a hotel owner in Rwanda who saved many people during the Rwanda genocide 20 years ago. Watch the film and do these interactive activities to learn more about the story so that it won't be reapeated again.

When we talk about the word "genocide" we tend to think about the Nazi Holocaust in the 1940's. However, we have had another terrible Holocaust that didn't get as much attention as the other one. The African country of Rwanda witnessed a terrible manslaughter of 800000 people in 100 days: horrible nightmarish numbers for a small country. Help the memory of the Rwanda Holocaust be alive with these stories of hope so it won't ever be repeated. Never forget, boys, never forget.
